What happens if he presses the Red button instead of the Green one or vice versa ?

The person carrying the ball enters the codes, the president either launches or cancels using the red or green button. Could be the difference between destroying or being destroyed.

I think Biden's really gone over the edge. If he doesn't understand that remembering people's names is a very basic requirement for diplomacy, never mind confusing his mate with somebody as evil as Putin, billions withdrawn from doners if he runs, billions being pledged if he doesn't, he's really beyond help.
