Not sure if/how to do this, help please

Hi, I have been away for awhile, I have a question re Excel

I have a remote spreadsheet that has 4 columns, A-D, these 4 are @ 3mins before the off, the back price of the horses

I am in data collection mode only , so I want to be able to "get" the 4 prices from Gaurdian onto my other spreadsheet in sequencial order, so at the end of the day all these 4 colums will all be filled in race by race, this will save me having to do all by hand.
Can this be ?

You could make these columns at Guardian menu and then only click "Export the content of this market list" on Guardian grid dropping menu.

Thankyou for the reply, I forgot to say although I have been here 3 years I am still very much a newbie.

I will be honest, I dont understand what you have said.
