Olympics - Paris 2024
Can you save me some time and say which boxer. I have seen this is an issue and I'm really disturbed about it.
Sure enough boxing is weight regualated. However a male identifying as female will have unfait advantage. And in boxing that is plain dangerous IMO.

There are actually two of them - both tested positive for XY chromosome - surely that should be enough to ban them..greenmark wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2024 12:43 pmCan you save me some time and say which boxer. I have seen this is an issue and I'm really disturbed about it.

And they are banned to fight in women's matches under most boxing federations rules bar the ones that approved them. IOC said "its up to the relevant federations, nothing to do with us"...

"These followed the New Delhi IBA event from which the controversies stem. During that event, IBA president, Russia's Umar Kremlev posted on his Telegram channel that DNA tests had "proved" both Imane Khelif and Taiwan's Lin Yu-Ting "had XY chromosomes and were thus excluded from the sports events"

For those interested in watching the "women" in the Women's Boxing that all the uproar is about, the Algerian Khelif fights at 4.22pm tomorrow, and the Taiwanese Lin Yu Ting fights at 10.00am on Sunday morning. In my opinion for what it's worth, neither look even remotely female or tomboyish for that matter, dem's dudes.
The IBA were corrupt and crooked and needed to be replaced, but the IOC have possibly made matters worse by ignoring athletes with a Y chromosome entering female competitions.
If BF open a market on boxing being in the 2028 Olympics, "No" will be the hottest tip I've given since ages ago...

I might have misjudged Gove but I was right otherwise!

I don't think it's even that complicated....if they hold their dick in their hand taking a urine test, dem's dudes
Seriously though, as much as he's become a lunatic conspiracy theorist in recent years, Joe Rogan had a good podcast years ago about a male-to-female MMA fighter Fallon Fox after (s)he beat the absolute fuck out of an opponent and why it shouldn't be allowed; muscle growth, bone density after male puberty, sheer body size basically, you're not pitting like with like.
On a more serious note, watch out for Rhasidat Adeleke in the Womens 400m. A Dublin born girl of Nigerian parents, has a Dublin accent and all, so she drives the racists insane
But if you're looking for just beauties with sexy bums, Sophie Becker and Sharlene Mawdsley should both be in the womens 4*400 relay
