Not neceesarily. When prosecuting the facts are known. The skill is to present the facts in the most advantageous light for your argument.
Political debate is inherently non-factual, misleading, misinformational. Trump is really good at that stuff. He's a moral vacuum that will squirm and slime and accuse.

One reason she may be sceptical too is it will be run by Fox News, who are pro republican and Trump. I would have thought with the poor performance of the stock markets at present he may have rallied a little? Is it because Harris announces her VP later today? or is it because he has been slating a couple of Republican senators in some tight states over the weekend? or are there a few new polls coming out with more bad news for him? or is it a mixture of all?

Every bit as absurd as it sounds but there was probably a section of the market that had priced in his convictions being overturned before the election. That chance is effectively gone now and although he'll (Trump, not the Missouri lunatic) still inevitably appeal the convictions and sentence, nothing will happen by November so he'll still be a convicted felon on the date of the election.Edit - And just realised you were talking about the past few hours, not yesterday.
