Broccoli is great and I agree steaming is best. Wash thoroughy beforehand.
Sprouts, spinach. I hated them as a nipper but love them now. I nibble broccoli florets while prepping. And broccoli stems? Just great!

Roasting in the oven defo worth a try... Was stunned 1st time I tried it.

But yes Cauli is a great veg too. I can't help nibbling them raw while I'm prepping
