I had an excel spreadsheet running yesterday afternoon and came back to find that BA was not responding. I had to end the session through task manager. No damage was done but it could've been. It happened just once and I'm wondering whether its a bug in the new version? Everything worked fine today but I may have to contact BA support if it happens again.

Did the prices stop before it crashes or did it just suddenly hang? Bet Angel buffers calls if you exceed the limits in your preference, so you may want to test the tolerance to those limits.

If the software hangs then click on the big red 'R' to reset the connection.
