Global settings question

Hi All,
I checking what I think happens is correct.

When I use Global settings to place a back bet with Offset greening. Both bets are placed at the same time, so it is possible the lay offset bet could get matched before the back bet?

Is there a single rule that does the above but only places the offset bet once the original is matched?
