As far as I can tell this feature is not included in Bet Angel. I have already asked the question here -->> viewtopic.php?t=29567

It is easy to display the 'Race Meter' on BA for the timing of races that are 'In Play' and yes I understand that without TPD data this is only an approximation.

My suggestion is that the 'Rule Trigger Times' area in the 'General' tab of the Automation editor, should have access to this timer. The idea is that rules could be executed at a specific percentage time into the race. Lets say we have a strategy that works for the less volatile beginning part of the race but fails towards the end of the race. The Rule Trigger time would be set between 0 and 50% of the race. Thus covering all the different races and race distances.

Here is (just one) example of how it might be used.
=========================================
Laying every horse in a race at 1.5 is a fairly well know way of tactical betting. The hope is that 2 or more horses trigger the 1.5 lay trigger. It doesn't work because there are more horse that don't trigger the 1.5 level than do. You lose a little bit over the long term.

As we approach the last stages of a race sometimes it is obvious that one horse is way in the lead and 2 horse will never trigger the 1.5 level. The loss is inevitable before the race has finished.
Ok, instead of submitting all 1.5 bets on every horse at the start of the race we wait until say 80% of the race has completed. We can pre check that there is not a situation where one horse is out in the lead (by checking the odds of all horses) before submitting the multiple 1.5 lay bets. This may convert the 'just losing' strategy into a 'just winning' strategy by eliminating the obvious failures.
I'm not saying it will work, but to try it, or strategies like that, requires a means of submitting a rule after a percentage of the race has been covered. The added feature in the Rules Trigger times would enable that.
Kind Regards
Will
