He sure has. Being extradited from Cyprus to the UK to stand trial isn't unheard of. But I think for things like murder. I suspect he'll be OK out there. If he steps foot back in the UK he will be tried and convicted, no doubt about it. What sentence he would recieve? Who knows. Contempt of a Crown court carriies up to 2 years. He's a bit of a jailbird so that might not bother him too much. But he's no spring chicken so prison might be a tiresome alternative to a sun lounger in Cyprus.
Depends which part of Cyprus he is in...

The UK has no extradition treaty with northern Cyprus, so there are no arrangements in place for police forces to investigate criminal suspects there.
I know. But there have been extraditiions. Or rather people detained in north cyprus, handed over to south cyprus and extradited from there.
But he seems to have friends with plenty of dosh and a willingness to protect him. I doubt contempt of court is a sufficient crime to prompt that scenario.
Also it seems his arrest warrant won't activate until October. Giving him the chance to return an explain why he didn't attend the last hearing.
Greenmark, see my previous post, he has some very wealthy Russian friends. :|

I would be astounded if he show's up in the UK now. But without personal appearances it's going to erode his pull in the UK. Info about his funding and accusations about possible misuse of his donations from the wider public is going to weigh him down. Some of his supporters may begin to feel a bit like betrayed numpties.

If it is true he has offered £10k to anyone going to jail over the riots he encouraged it wouldn't be too far a stretch to declare him a terrorist which of course mean anyone funding him would be caught up to.

Giving 'anybody' £10k to go to jail ? - absolutely doesn't make sense

now THAT would be mad (giving anybody that went to jail £10k). what we're led to believe (and it's a subtle difference), is that he's offered ANYONE involved under his command/spell a £10k pay check for following his orders. not sure if you'd have to declare that as part of your HMRC tax return!1 :D

And in other (great) breaking news it looks like he may be using a dodgy IR passport - Irish Gov investigating based on documents he provided to Canadian authorities stating he was born in Ireland.

Off to Russia next?

That still doesn't make sense.?

Would be far more 'cost effective' for him to pay one 'black' man £10K ( not being racist by any means, just want to make that clear - in fact my personal trainer is as 'black' as a lump of coal ) to go and murder three white children - would it not ?

FFS - i'm glad it doesn't make sense as TR in truth doesn't make a lot of sense. let's just say he was maybe incentivising his private army.

That said, Imagine the scene at the tax office: “So, you’ve been in jail, and you’re claiming a £10k bonus for… good behaviour under duress? And who exactly was your employer?” “Oh, just a guy who fancied himself as a bit of a wizard with a penchant for grand gestures.” “Right. Do you have a P45 from ‘Far Right Liberties Inc.’ or was this more of an… under-the-table arrangement?” 😄

He didn’t pay people £10,000 to goto prison. He offered to give them £10,000 if they were arrested, found guilty and sent to prison. A slight difference. But who knows if that was true anyway.

If it is true, he could have a bill of £500K.

There might be a "no cry" clause though...

Downing street confirms, any rioter sentenced to less than 4 years will be eligible for the early release scheme.
