those priests would have to be pretty heavily disguised to get away with it outside their own churches - one for you to investigate i guess!!

From UN stats there is higher percentage of paedos in churches than the population in general but not sure how significant that is. What is damning however is the way they have:
- put the reputation of church above that of children
- covered up these crimes
- ignored and in a lot of cases blamed victims
- destroyed evidence
- trafficked the perpetrators between parishes
- bankrupted parishes to avoid paying recompense
The vatican is currently sheltering one cardinal wanted by US authorities for some of above.
Was just reading up about the attempts to wipe out indigenous children in Canada - estimates of c500,000 dead - mainly carried out by the "churches" with the aid of infected measles blankets. Some of the "schools" operated until the 1970's / 80's and had 90% mortality rates.
