Shockingly there has been nothing, probably still trying to think how best to spin it. But for the Daily Telegraph we would still and probably forever be non the wiser!
The Lieberman Software president went on to say that, while it remains to be seen whether this payment card data was encrypted, the firm is still in clear breach of the PCI DSS rules and may well have been in breach of the Data Protection Act as some customer data was allegedly stolen by cybercriminals in Cambodia.

Not sure if this is coincidence but around the same time this data theft occurred I got a couple of emails saying that I had excessive data usuage. Now I have been using Betfair and the API for the last 8 years and have never been caught out by the data usuage charges. However the wierdest thing is that this excessive usuage was at 3am in the morning on a Sat/Sun, all whilst I was sat on the bank of a lake doing some night fishing.
Strange or what? Needless to say I changed my account passwords and luckily I had no bank available in my Betfair account at the time as I periodically withdraw all of my bank occasionally to make sure 1. Betfair do not knick it and secondly if I ain't using it I put it to use else where so Betfair don't make anymore money of me than is necessary.
This could be as a direct result of hackers, did anyone else get the same around that time?
PS: Betfair said it was a warning but the excess charges they wanted would have come to a grand total of £2,550.
