Matched Bets not showing in Guardian

I run a number of rules on Horse and Dog markets. They can trigger lay and back bets (between 10 and 50 bets a day are placed).

My issue is that some matched bets don't show in the "Matched Bets" column and then show a $0 in "market profit" once the market has settled. I use those values to manage stops at target profit/loss values so it's very frustrating. It may happen once or twice a day but seems to be happening more often over the last week, so I am guessing I have tweaked a setting somewhere that is causing it.

All my bets are placed as either "cancel in play" or "take SP" and bets are placed in the final minute before race start time. I have noticed that this happens (sometimes not always) when bets hit the market and are not matched immediately but they do end getting matched.

Any thoughts on where I should be looking to solve this one?

Is Guardian hitting those markets? You can tell when Guardian last looked at a market using the 'last update' column. It could be that you are restricting refresh to times which fall outside of those markets. Refresh restrictions settings are in the 'advanced settings' tab.

Also make sure you have ticked the 'Retain matched bets information at market settlement' box in your main settings area on the 'Automation' tab

Is Guardian hitting those markets? You can tell when Guardian last looked at a market using the 'last update' column. It could be that you are restricting refresh to times which fall outside of those markets. Refresh restrictions settings are in the 'advanced settings' tab.

This may be the issue, I will extend the window to see if it fixes the problem, many thanks.
