We need a cultural shift. Instead of "me" it needs to be "us". I only use trains 3 times a year but the on board and station staff are excellent. They really are lions led by donkeys (greedy ones to boot).![]()

Don’t they realise that since Covid, people have changed jobs and work habits. Millions more now work from home with no intention of going back to working 9 to 5 in the office. He’ll, 37% of the civil service are still working from home and will want a bumper pay rise for returning to their offices.
But I guess with labour in power it’s the best time to be a public sector worker. The problem is though who ultimately will end up paying for it.
