Hi all. Am a new (two days) user of Bet Angel and would appreciate views on early use. I have been trading this afternoons racing using one click screen and then over to ladder. Is the ladder where the more experianced traders tend to be?

I've just completed my first two scalps by backing at a higher price then laying using BetAngel Basic, however when I check my Betfair account for the assumed profit I have just broken even. Is Bet Angel Basic using "pretend money"?
Will I need to upgrade to a paid service for it to work?

I infer from your post that you did not green up after backing high and laying lower. The profit would only show if you then greened up to spread profit across all runners.
You can just go to the one click screen, ensure a check mark is in Greening and then click the column.

Is that the green circle with the G, there's two one with G, another with G+, if so these values cannot be touched in the Basic programme.
Thus is it impossible to make any money from the Basic software, or am I missing something?

I made sure the tick box was ticked and still I broke even.

Yes but as well as checking the box you must then click the column below it and then it will spread the profit evenly.

I'm guessing you mean the "Trade Profit" bar?

Here you go, a quick trade on the 14:25 Haydock. It shows the amount before and after I greened up.
In the first shot it means "I only win IF the horse wins!"

I'm confused, I should've had 3 profits/ 1 loss but none of them "went through".
