Lay to back in play

I am trying to construct a rule which will place a back bet after an initial lay bet when the best market back price is 75 % of the original lay bet odds.

The lay bet rule applies to any selection in the market which has a best market price odds between 3 and 10. I need to ensure that the back bet is applied to whichever selection has fired the original lay bet or bets If more than one.

Are there any examples of rules which can achieve this?
