I'll share the results tomorrow as usual. Let me say right away that today wasn't a very good day. I'm feeling a bit down, and it's not just because of the bets – there are many reasons. You try your best, but nothing works out, and it's really demotivating. I hope that after this dark period, a bright one will come, and oh God, how I wish I could quit my job.
Try not to feel down. Aside from the fact you're a human being and I don't want you to feel sad, managing mental health is a really big part of this.

I'm totally dispassionate. Even strategies I professionally think will work could suddenly turn out to be duds six months or even years from now. I could end up chasing losses if I let emotions come into it and then I will behind where I started years ago financially possibly.

I just go with the data I have and my analysis. Trying to enjoy the work so to speak. Like most things in life it's the journey that is more important than the destination most of the time.
