Weird. Could never ever put your arm round a girl like that unless you knew her very very well.jimibt wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2024 12:48 pmmaybe not the best topic for this post, but was reading about the tcup storm on strictly over the wknd (didn't watch the show). apparently, waynne and katya are JOKING around with stuff. well, judge for yourself, does this look like banter (the top two clips in particular -especially the missed high 5 one!!??

And she clearly wasn't happy. Either because she didn't like it or she knew her partner (and TV audience) was watching.
it was the top right video that caught my attention more -i.e. the failed high 5!! watch the change in facial expression as she (katya) turns from facing him to facing camera!!greenmark wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2024 3:08 pmWeird. Yes I saw that. What a strange place TV is? Conservative shadow science secretary Andrew Griffith accused Labour of coming into government on "a false prospectus that things would be easy".
"They essentially lied to the British people in terms of their plans," he added.
Shortly after coming into power, the Labour government accused the Conservatives of leaving a "£22bn black hole" in public finances.

What hypocrisy! 14 years of total control and they f**kd up. Months later it's all Labour's fault. This is f**king insanity. I think I need to run to the hills. I'm surrounded by maniacs.

James Reed, boss of recruitment firm Reed, said: 'This is not the time to increase employers' national insurance. And not the time to impose day one employment rights that will deprive firms of the ability to safely end the employment relationship if they feel it is not working out.'ForFolksSake wrote: ↑Sun Oct 27, 2024 2:15 pmTrouble is we have two major political parties who believe in the same things - neoliberalism.( different flavours )greenmark wrote: ↑Sun Oct 27, 2024 1:20 pmConservative shadow science secretary Andrew Griffith accused Labour of coming into government on "a false prospectus that things would be easy".

More trouble for Starmer & Labour.
Labour MP Mike Amesbury playing the victim this morning claiming he was threatened now the CCTV is out showing him punching a member of the public who had his hands in his pocket, then launching an attack on him while on the floor.
If we're now putting people in jail for social media posts then no other option as to where Amesbury has to go and for a long time.
How can anyone expect people to behave when we have MP's going round launching violent attacks on the public. The other month Labour MP was exposed as a rouge landlord and no action taken. Last week Labour MP's showing solidarity towards a gangster who opened fire with a gun in a nightclub. They were supposed to be cleaning up politics

What an abject failure of democacy that would be.
Over the next years it may become apparent that you are right. But it's a dreadful concept. And I'm certain we both agree on that.
There's nothing wrong with videos that show half the story, the problem is with people who draw conclusions from it.jamesedwards wrote: ↑Sun Oct 27, 2024 8:54 pmHate hate hate videos like this that only show half the story.Michael5482 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 27, 2024 6:08 pmMore trouble for Starmer & Labour.

I saw footage of him apparently throwing the first punch and knocking the guy to the ground (who didn't seem to have been expecting it). If the threat was purely verbal it will be much harder to justify - I think he's in big trouble.
Indeed. This will go to court for sure. He's going to need a very, very good explanation. Probably already the end of his political career.Derek27 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 27, 2024 11:03 pmThere's nothing wrong with videos that show half the story, the problem is with people who draw conclusions from it.jamesedwards wrote: ↑Sun Oct 27, 2024 8:54 pmHate hate hate videos like this that only show half the story.Michael5482 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 27, 2024 6:08 pmMore trouble for Starmer & Labour.

Frodsham is an odd place. It looks quite sleepy and cute, but there are people that flock in from other places over the weekend and it can kick off when they're tanked up.

That video on Sky looks rather shocking to say the least.

Where is the 30 secs preceding this, or did the video conveniently start just at that moment?Archery1969 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2024 9:20 amThat video on Sky looks rather shocking to say the least.
