Interesting article in papers yesterday about a $24m dollar bet on Trump to win (on Polymarkets)... This pushed down the price. Also, a lot of "dodgy" polls have started to appear with Republican sponsors (or hidden sponsors) says Trump has 4 to 5pt lead in key battleground states - they are way out of line with the independent polls...

Trump has been referencing both the betting markets and dodgy polls to say he is clearly in the lead and all but won the election.

==> if indeed the market price has been pushed down then sounds like a value lay to me )
Here's the only "poll" that matters.
The Ham-Sandwich's biggest podcast garnered 717 thousand views over 3 weeks
Trump's got 33 MILLION in 2 days.
For the Ham-Sandwich to win, the vote-rigging would have to be on an exponentially greater scale than the industrial-level cheating that occurred in 2020. If I were an American I would be prepping for the civil-war. Socialists don't just give up power gracefully.
Impressed that you know which is the only poll that matters.
I still think Trump is going to win. And also if he loses there will be trouble and legal wrangles.
What Trump supporters don't realise is what a motivator he is for dormant Democrat voters.

I religiously watch Mark Goldbridge's youtube streams because I enjoy his deluded ramblings. It doesn't mean that I support Man Utd.

It seems Obama may have done allot of damage in Georgia.

One man said to Sky News that a few weeks ago he came out and said, black men, get in line. You would not tolerate that from anybody, so why is it okay when Democrats do it.

Another gaff in my book.

Selzer +3 for Harris in Iowa, looking impossible for Trump in the mid-west if that is anywhere close to be right

Wow. Trump from 1.65 to 1.77. Maybe common sense is beginning to prevail.

I'm pretty sure that's not what he said. Just the way the guy interpretated it.

Selzer poll reaction, think someone had half a mill at 1.66 too that got gobbled up in seconds.

And just an FYI, Trump was 1.06 in Iowa prior to this poll, that’s how much of a shock it is

I'm not sure either, but I don''t see the problem with a man of colour beseaching black men specifically to get out and vote Democrat. I understand it goes against PC but across the non-PC spectrum it's pretty trivial.

Indeed. Whereas I was sure Trump was the slam dunk winner now it's far closer. I wouldn't touch this one now.

No one can tell me they'd genuinely vote for Trump the man must be smacked of his t@ts with the stuff he comes out with but it's America and in general they're thick as mince so wouldn't be surprised to see him back in office without a single sane policy being put forward.

US election is like an episode of The Simpsons, Harris is Marge the sensible sane one and Trump is Barney off his nut on Duff
Yeah but it's worse for them than for us. If you won't vote for Harris and can't vote for Trump who do you vote for? At least we have Ed Davey et al! :D

What if Trump appealed directly to all white men to get out and vote Republican?

Yes, I understand that. But we need to understand the context.
White people have run America from the start and imported, enslaved and after enslavement segregated black people.
Whinging when a man of colour simply asks black people to vote the way he wishes says more about the political demographic than it does about potlitcal correctness.
But yes I think you are correct there would be outrage if Trump said that.

interesting to watch the markets start to tighten up a bit... is this a natural correction to the seemingly rapid shortening on Trump recently, or are people staring to go look at things with their hearts and reacting accordingly, or are the polls starting to be believed?

Personally I have found it fascinating how the markets have reacted throughout, and now the day of reckoning approaches in truth - nobody has a clue who is going to get in!!! :D :D :D

A weekend poll from Iowa suggests Kamala Harris has leapfrogged Donald Trump.

If true then that could be a game changer overall.
