Apparently, first time, he had a number of advisors who kept him on the straight and narrow. They won’t be around this time. He will select advisors who accept/match is way of thinking.
There will always be something that worries people. First time around we were worried he was going to blow up North Korea....Archery1969 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2024 9:18 pmApparently, first time, he had a number of advisors who kept him on the straight and narrow. He wanted his VP to over turn the result of a democratic election and he whipped his supporters into an absolute frenzy, they stormed the Capitol building. Let’s not pretend that peoples concerns are not justified.
He'll be dead before the end of this presidency.

So the lead President Election Winner market has just been settled, reaching £251.5m in volume. Anyone know how this compares with 2020?

Yep, because of costs, you could well see British car manufacturing killed off in the UK.
The UK will be stuck in the middle of any trade war. Tariffs from USA, China and EU.
The UK maybe be forced to deal with China which would be madness given what the head of M16 recently said.
I think Labour can forget about their policy of growing the UK economy. I suspect by the end of this parliament the majority of people will be allot poorer.
Almost all Channel migrants arrive in UK without passports
Where ever they have come from they have got no intention of going back, that's for sure
How are you getting on with 'smashing' the gangs, Yvette

It's because people have had enough of the left's woke, agenda-pushing, subjective gender ideologies nonsense.
In other good news, I see that Switzerland are joining France and others in banning the Burqua.
If only our leaders actually cared about the English that built England...

Bidens legacy since Trump left office. Under Bidens presidency, we have had major escalation in the South China Sea, Chinese military threats against Taiwan, a war in Ukraine, the Israel conflict with Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran with countless people dying or maimed in these conflicts, the Houthi in Yemen firing on shipping, the rekindling of troubles in Sudan, Ethiopia, Venezuela and Haiti. A lot of these fueled by US Dollars.
There are countless other disastrous conflicts going on. But people only remember North Korea and why because Trump achieved something, he stopped Kim from destabilising the area further. I suspect both the conflict that Israel is in to subside pretty quickly and the war in Ukraine to stop soon after he takes office, threatening countries with money penalties and following a hardline works.
Some people can't see it, but as Crazy Skier alluded Trump won the US Presidential election because of the woke sentiment within the Democrats, ordinary people care about their pay-packets, their jobs, their futures, their children's futures, immigration, their way of life, the cost of living. The Democrats lost their way and have been infiltrated by the extreme woke liberal elite and when you are working and trying to put food on the table you don't really care about, things like, stupid justice reforms or gender reform. But still in the aftermath the woke go on blaming other things, they still think its not them that caused the collapse in the Democrat vote. they now say Kamala did not get in because she was a woman therefore the vote was sexist, really!, they are likely to be beaten in both the house and the senate as well. She did not get in because people got fed up with woke. The same will happen here with Nigel Farage if the woke keep having their way.

Rumours Nigel Farage is going to be appointed a liaison person between Trump and Starmer.

I presume that’s some sort of punishment towards Labour.
