collect betfair data to excel

Hi i am looking for a way to collect prices of uk horse races to excel,
i want to collect the data from 6 hours before the race, up until the start of race, every 15 minutes,
But if this is possible with bet angel, how could i also take into account non runners,
Example horse (A) tracking starts at odds 10 ,start of race horse (A) is at odds 4.0, but there was a non runner at 25% market reduction 15 minutes before startt of race,
So how could the odds 10.0 be adjusted to 7.5 odd
