I took some advice and used an example already in the forum to upload so that I could see the criteria for that bot and it seems incredibly complicated. Is there a guide anywhere to try and make sense of this at all?

If its one thats been uploaded by me then the notes tab in the rules editor explains what each individual rule is doing and if its connected/linked to another rule in the file etc
