Davis vs Hendry vs O'Sullivan is an interesting one.
O'Sullivan is a bit like Alex Higgins. When he's in the zone, he's lethal, but so often his head wasn't in the right place! O'Sullivan may have been able to pull off shots that other players could only dream of, but surely part of what makes a player great is the ability to stay focused and disciplined, come what may.
As for Davis vs Hendry, it's a bit like asking whether a young Mike Tyson would have beaten a young Muhammed Ali - We'll never know. But before Hendry got the gips and started missing shots he'd normally put away effortlessly, he was arguably the greatest player in history...
