The most comprehensive statistics published so far on people charged over the August riots in England reveal they were poorer, younger and of lower educational achievement than average.

FFS we pay a mandatory licence fee for this sh1te.

What the BBC forgot to mention in that article was that 1 in 7 of those imprisoned for the riots was born abroad (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/8845085 ... 6_qw.email).
