Do I really have to sit up til one minute past midnight to add tomorrow's racing to guardian? :D (Hopefully rhetorical question!)

I must admit I find it a bit of a struggle to add markets from Guardian, some is easy, some is harder to find. I'll learn, but so far struggling a bit.

I can see the option to add all of today's racing for UK and IRE, but what about tomorrow? is there a secret place I can select that, would be nice to do night before as it seems like BA doesnt get any price data until a market is in Guardian so would be nice to sit down the next day with some data already loaded.
thanks

Have you tried the 'today's racing' feature ? It loads all races Betfair have markets for today. Do it now and you should get races for the 27th and 28th.

Have a look at this post viewtopic.php?p=368540&hilit=GLH#p368540
This app uses BA's API to add markets to Guardian automatically.
You could also write your own script to use the API to add markets using Python or other programming languages including VBA if you have the skills to do so.

Do you mean this?

If so, yes that's what I referred to in my post, are you saying it isn't just 'today', but racing for next few days?
If so, hooray that does it thanks!

If you use coupons then you can add markets you wish using various filters including one for specifics on time.

Thanks. I saw that area and to be honest was scared off a bit. I hoped there would be an easy way to just choose tomorrow's racing. I'll have to look into creating a 'filter' for it

Thanks. What do most people do, just load up markets in the morning (if trading horse racing), or load them for next day? I was thinking about it a bit more and there's probably no advantage to getting chart data earlier, the day of the event is where the important stuff is happening, right?

Not much activity in markets 48 hours out, but you get the old gamble coming in the night before.

Most people want to see a horse before they bet on it.
