Can you change the protocol? Like on Nord Vpn you can choose between Nordlynx, TCP, UDP. Try each of them, also make sure the VPN is up to date. I found Nordlynx to be the best.

I use ExpressVPN, and to be honest, I've run into similar problems when streaming video, especially if the server is overloaded. Changing to a less popular server usually helps.

I'm getting a weird VPN problem. I use Nordvpn #2042 United Kingdom and recently it stop working so I switched to #2022 server and now it works but the Betfair Live Video button only shows on the Sky Racing/ATR races and the RTV it disappears. I will have to go through the whole list again to try and find a server that works where the Live Video Button is available on both.

Unless anyone else knows what to do.

I'm having to use obfuscated servers. Also the normal uk servers work fine on my android phone.

A couple of months ago they kept picking up my VPN (ExpressVPN) when trying to log in. I just started using firefox as a browser then before i logged into the BF website I would remove all cookies and site data. No problems since.

Chrome or Firefox, deleting cache and cookies - doesn't seem to make a difference.

Has there been an announcement by Bf that using a VPN is a no-go now??

Ive been on the Microsoft and HP forums, I have found problems with a lot of HP computers losing internet connection and also when using VPNs, the best solution I have found is to turn on your computer then do a restart straight away, then make sure you are connected to a 5ghz wifi NOT 2.4ghz then wait for 30mins and maybe run youtube video to make sure everything is ok, then connect to the vpn, its a bit to do but it seems to work for me. Also I have to have a certain Nordvpn UK connection #22xx any number above the 2200s should work you have to keep trying to see which one shows the betfair live video on both RTV ans Sky Racing.

I am seriously thinking of switching to a VPS.

Oh, wow

I do actually have a HP Omen - but, well, I mean no disrespect, this sounds like magical thinking.
(Or a twisted leg pulling, seriously had to check the calendar.)

Have you done this manoeuvre often by now and it has worked every time??
I'm not losing the internet btw, it's just the Bf video. And sometimes the connection to Bf. Rest still works just fine.

It was not a VPN problem in the end it was the piece of shite internal Wifi Adapter realtek. I had to purchase a USB Ethernet adapter and for back up a Wifi Adapter and an which is the work around and its working, but not happy with HP. I just need to update my Cat5e ethernet to Cat 6 or above now. But waiting for full fibre to be installed this year around summer time. I can get max of only 190mb/s at the moment hoping to get 250+ soon. My wifi when connected to 5ghz router gets 190mb/s and my ethernet only 90mb/s.
