Being a sports trader, I tend to load lots of markets into Guardian each morning
I have 25 markets loaded into Excel (any more than that & my laptop isn't happy), and I usually sort them by liquidity, but the problem I have is with refreshing
If I leave all markets in Guardian to keep refreshing, Excel misses many opportunities, or seems to not even refresh at all for 2-3mins. However, if I tick the facility for only refreshing a certain time before the off, some of my selections will be excluded.
In the future, is it logistically possible for BA to include a tick box where Guardian only refreshes any markets that are in Excel? If not, any suggestions for overcoming my slight dilemma?

Le Tiss,
What refresh rate do you use. I noticed that the market covered by the one-click screen refreshes at the rate set on Bet Angel and all others refresh at approximate to the Guardian rate, but always slower.
Can you not use a quicker rate - say 1 second. I use 5 seconds for my Under/Over Total Goals markets, and as you say "it seems to forget" about refreshing some of the markets, sometimes for hours at a time.
As I'm only recording data currently it's not so important - however I would speed up when I finally get my spreadsheet to place the bets.

Hi Le Tiss,
I'm surprised you have Guardian at 500ms, do you pay data charges?
I'm going to test my football markets. I have already tested data capture - recording all changes via one spreadsheet, however I shall begin a test to record via access database.
Do you have MS Access - and if so which version?
