Lay Every Selection Condition

Is there a condition that will allow you to Lay (or Back) every selection except any that have a current liability?

What do you mean by liability?

Do you mean a liability if the selection wins the event? or a liability if the selection loses the event?

By liability I mean if that particular selection was to win I would lose money

With some having a position, probably different on each, how's the staking going to work for the new bets ? Could you just use some sort of hedging if you wanted to reduce your liabilities?

The staking would be whatever I think would work. Just trying to put bets (lays) into the market on selections I don't have a liability on using the automation.
The best I can manage so far is eliminating any selection that has a matched bet.
