How can I Back at High Price of the Short Term Volume

I would like to auto place back bets at the high of the of the short term volume. The "Highlight Changes in Volume" is set to 60 secs.

I would also further like to have 2 or 3 bets at 1 tick above this and 1 tick below as an additional option. I would like to do this from 2mins to post time. I may have to record the prices from 3mins to post. The bets will be offset by 1 tick and with greening, and repeat after each trade is complete up until 10 secs out.

Can anyone help please?
