I'm sorry if those stories scare the crap out of the Luvvies but they are of the Luvvies' own making.
.. Labour, in my view, still seem to be the "least worst option".

Was it not your own fair self that pulled someone up for using demeaning terms?

But to answer your original question... Labour, in my view, still seem to be the "least worst option".

(not great I know)
I see a difference between a demeaning generalisation of a 'class' and a personal one directed at a specific individual.

And if Labour are the best we have then even God can't help us! And remember they are only in the position they find themselves in because of a freak voting pattern at the last GE ... they polled less than Corbin in 2019, does that mean Corbin should have had an even bigger majority than Starmer!
But yours was not really an answer to my question ... when did the Conservatives have 6 months with more bad events than the last 6?

We had 4 PM's in 6 years - there were reasons why...

And in the words of one (very) senior official....

"We lost our minds."

Quite happy for you to do the research. There is plenty of material out there...

Since when was 6 years the same as 6 months? A generalised non-factual defence does not stand up to a factual criticism. Just name the 6 month period and the events that took place ... it should be easy if there is "plenty of material", yes.

And at least they lost their minds, Labour have shown they never had any to lose.

I'm sure Truss lasted a lot less than 6 months... 49 days was it? You could start there...

Alternatively, any 6 month period of the Johnson Omnishambles...

Its all moot though.

Tories have lost all credibility & still seem to be in denial (just like this thread). They just can't be trusted at the moment and it is very unclear how they will regain trust with Kemi & Jenrick spouting drivel at every opportunity.

Farage is laughing all the way to the next election.

Tories have lost all credibility ....
...and Labour are fast catching them up.

Good riddance to our two party neo-liberalism , woke, diversity, taking the knee, racist politics that we have had to suffer over the past 30 years.

Farage is our Messiah !! he has been sent to save the English people of this country 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

lol - nice touch with the English flag...

I suppose the other nations will have to wait a bit longer for our saviour...

Would be delighted though if he formed an English parliament and let the rest of us get on with it )

I simply asked you to nominate a 6 month period in the Conservative Government when there was more 'mishaps' than in the first 6 months of Starmer and co. and am still waiting. All I get is the above cotton wool comment. The length of time Truss was PM has nothing to do with it ... all you have to do is nominate the 6 month period and list the mishaps. It's totally open, any 6 months ... you are free to choose. No generalisations, just hard mishaps ... I've listed some from Starmer and co. and could list many more but until you can at least match my list I can't see the point in me delving further into the last 6 months.

That would be the best news ever ... not Farage but the removal of the 'others' from England's coat-tails. Scotland independence ... bring it on. After the 2014 referendum there should have been a second referendum, that time of the English people, asking if we want to keep Scotland in the Union.

And I suggested you do your own research. I simply gave you some helpful pointers.

Think of it as a journey to enlightenment.

Looking forward to seeing your list of Johnson or Truss disasters in any 6 month period you choose.

Donald Trump never ceases to surprise. During a Saturday rally in Nevada, the American President stated that the United States "might be an enlarged country pretty soon." Previously, Trump's comments included the desire to take control of Greenland and the Panama Canal, and even the annexation of Canada

I would settle for Farage making England officially 51st state of USA 🇺🇸

I don't need to do any research, I'm quite confident Starmer and Co. have made more gaffs in their first 6 months than the Conservatives in any 6 month period in their Government. That is what I claimed when I made my original post. It is you who challenged my comment therefore it has to be for you to provide the evidence against me. Anyway let that be the end of it. You made the usual unsubstantiated accusation of someone who can see their dream disappearing and then find they cannot support their claim. As I said my initial list of Starmer cock-ups is on the record as is your inability to add your list.

LOL

If you make a claim the onus is on you to back it up.

Pretty quick to call out others on exactly that.

The five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.

==> suspect you are still somewhere in the "denial / anger" stages.... time to move on..

Deleting this thread is probably a great place to start.

edit - go on...make a list of conservative gaffs in a 6 month period of your choosing... it will be a larff.. and might even help you get over whatever it is you need to get over...clue: johnson is a goldmine...

Oh dear, I've tried and tried but clearly I'm banging my head against a brick wall. How many times do I have to remind you I HAVE LISTED MY EVIDENCE, it's your lack of evidence that is missing here. You challenged my claim so support your challenge. But anyway, I cannot debate a point with someone who is convinced by their own denial and/or cannot understand English so it must end. You should be a Labour PM, always avoiding the question and not saying anything sensible, just a load of platitudes you once read in a book and think you can use them to prove a point. It's sad really ... I hope you take a more logical approach to your betting activities.
