So let me try and get my head around this (the issue, not your post Kai which I agree with) ... player was wrongly sent off, his team-mates protest to the referee he has made a mistake, the FA agree their referee made the mistake and the player is cleared of the red card, the FA are now charging the club/players for demonstrating that their referee made a mistake. I agree the players should not surround the referee (they didn't, see the pic.) but when they are right and the referee/VAR was wrong surely a little leniency should be considered!

Not sure how Real ended up in the play-offs not as if there struggling in La Liga like City are in the Premier League, anyway the draw neither side will have wanted. Some big teams in the play-offs Bayern, Juve and Milan.

This new format has really stirred the pot. The top 8 are kind of predictable but the play-off teams are huge names.

Big weekend this, City beat Arsenal and that could gift Liverpool the title, Liverpool still have to win but if they do I can't see anyone playing consistently well enough to catch them. Of course if Liverpool lose and Arsenal win then game on

Reminds me of the way Marcus Bielsa set up the Leeds team with the high intensity in/out of possession resulting in high scoring/high conceding, entertaining games. Pundits were eulogising about the style of play, but, the wheels fell off as players got burned out and injured, so he just brought in others, who maybe weren't quite fit and took time to adjust, resulting in loss of form, heavy defeats and ultimately, relegation.

If the higher management don't believe in his "system," then it will only end up one way, as it did for Bielsa. Leeds fans loved him for his efforts, not so sure the Spurs fans feel the same way for Ange P....(unless everything clicks into place and they go on a winning run)
