I have spent an hour or two but can't find anything so have to ask -
I want a shortcut key like shift-leftclick or similar to cancel all unmatched orders on the runner my mouse is over. I am sure it can be done but no idea how. I created a rules file/servant and all seemed logical and set up right but it just dings and doesn't cancel unmatched bets on ladder. Is there one I can download that does this?
Servant Struggles
Just need a 'Cancel unmatched bets (price dependant)' rule and on the parameters tab set the bets you want it to cancel
Apply to 'Servant context'
Always Armed
Trigger 1 time
Then create a short cut keys to start the servant in the usual way

Thanks Dallas. I am quite confused by it all. I already tried doing pretty much what you said but I used "Cancel All Unmatched Bets on Selection" as that's exactly what I want. It wouldn't work, tried loads of times, left it always armed in case that needed doing but didn't help. I will try what you suggest using the 'price dependant' option.
PS - Just doing as you say, I don't understand the parameters.
Place at: - what option do I choose, I don't want any of them so I assume none?
Action: Don't understand what the options mean. I don't want any price chosen, I just want CANCEL ALL (basically exactly what the Cancel All button does!!) - except if possible it would be nice to only cancel on the ladder my mouse is over.
I won't complicate matters by trying to follow the keypress/shortcut instructions until I can actually make a servant properly!

Sounds like you're using "cancel unmatched bets on selection (price dependant)" rule type.Blondie wrote: ↑Sat Feb 01, 2025 7:45 pmThanks Dallas. I am quite confused by it all. Either do this: ...or use "cancel all unmatched bets on selection" rule type.

Doesnt sound like you did, because you had these options: "Place at: - what option do I choose, I don't want any of them so I assume none?

Did you have the context set up like this?

Why not just use the cancel buttons above each ladder ?

I'm confused to f***. What would I need a parameter to 'place at', when the task I am assigning is CANCEL ALL UNMATCHED BETS?! What is there to 'place'?!jamesedwards wrote: ↑Sat Feb 01, 2025 8:46 pmDoesnt sound like you did, because you had these options: "Place at: - what option do I choose, I don't want any of them so I assume none?

Nevermind, I see a great solution below
Yes all the same except rearming was set to 1 second and I had 'always armed' chosen
Because I want a keyboard command.ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Sun Feb 02, 2025 4:05 pmWhy not just use the cancel buttons above each ladder ?

Picture - Amen!! I had no idea and don't know where that image came from but I tried it and it works. that will do fine, I'll just hit ZX. Damn it even works only on ladder with mouse over which is brill! Good stuff problem solved!
PS I think it also explains why sometimes my orders magically disappeared and i never worked out why, i think i know now!

The parameters you discuss are only applicable when selecting the "cancel unmatched bets on selection (price dependent)" rule type. You want the "cancel all unmatched bets on selection" rule type.Blondie wrote: ↑Mon Feb 03, 2025 2:10 pmI'm confused to f***. This is getting circular and its my fault as I really confused. I did use that rule type! It's the only logical one so I chose that one, but it wouldn't work. Then someone suggested on this thread using the other rule and my point was what you just said! Rather than waste the thread I have a related question which may be a 'no' answer but i want to know if its possible to assign keyboard shortcuts to ladder settings? So I can switch between 3 different settings profiles by doing (for example) CTRL - 1, CTRL - 2, CTRL - 3, is that possible?

I searched the user guide for 'cancel unmatched'.Blondie wrote: ↑Mon Feb 03, 2025 2:14 pmBecause I want a keyboard command.

Personally I can hit a button with the mouse faster than I can move it over a ladder and then find the right key X or Z.... And I find the buttons over each selection is safer, you never accidental have the mouse misplaced or sneeze just as you're hitting a key and cancel the wrong selection.
