Markets not loading in Guardian.

No markets loading in Guardian currently — stays as shown indefinitely.  I've tried restarting.
they are loading fine through browser on same machine.

Never seen this before, please advise

I'm having the exact same issue. No markets being returned by Bet Angel. I've access to another trading tool that IS NOT having the same problem.

Hi all I can't load any markets into Guardian, I just see Retrieving Markets. I have logged onto Betfair and it is working, any suggestions as to whats wrong?

The same problem occurs on Geeks Toy so the problem have to be on Betfair

Useful insight, thank you. must not be BA issue then — Presumably BF will fix on their end and we just wait.

Report the issue ("Can't retrieve markets using API") if you have time [live chat / betfair developer email address] to help get things moving.

Yes i am having same problem tonight at 2..00 wont retrieve markets just stuck on retrieving markets screen .. i just tried logging on with default settings still wont load.
