Help with an automation strategy please

I would like to automate the following strategy and I think I have broken it down into the required steps but not confident in building it.

First I thought why not try to automate the selection process,

Game Selections -
Find Football events where Match Odds Markets have a strong home chance i.e odds <2 and away team odds are greater or equal to home +3.5

That in itself would be cool but I have no idea how to implement it, if it can't be automated then it's a case of trawling the games as they come. But even if it could be a search I could trigger at the start of a session, thats fine.

Then automated trade….

Just before kick-off or at kick off, lay the away team with stake - thats straight forward and we can place the lay at 1.99 to ensure be get that or better but we only want to do so if the away team odds are 5 or higher or indeed any other value we might want to try.

Monitor the 0-0 scoreline and if a goal is scored... I think the market will either close of go to 1000 but how to avoid false goals? (good old VAR)
trade out (green up or take free bet? Something to consider, certainly if away goal then free bet might be a good idea or if not an option, take the loss ASAP) Again this is something I am unsure of if it can be done.

- if it is home goal, should it wait a min? If away goal, probably best to exit ASAP!

At half time - trade out for a free bet or just green up? - Pretty standard stuff right, at 55 mins , exit

If someone could create a BAF, I think I might be able to follow the logic, but creating it is quite another thing.
