My account is finally up and running again exactly six weeks after changing my email address. I haven't received any confirmation email from the safer gambling team but I am able to log-in and place bets this morning. Thanks everyone who helped on this thread

Ha, cheers. The relief was palpable.

Didn't receive any emails from anyone so hard to say exactly what worked in the end. For anyone else going through similar I'd advise a strategy of carpet bomb emailing if your account is closed. I was probably too passive initially. Although, above all, I'd highly highly recommend not changing any of your account details unless you absolutely have to.

Exactly, it's the equivalent of placing a buncha free bets

What have you got to lose, your account? :D

Well I managed to get my account suspended again as I foolishly opened another Flutter account without thinking.
This time it has taken exactly one month and the threat of legal action as I had a considerable balance.
It seems Flutter take an account closure as a self exclusion.
In the meantime I have used Matchbook and Betdaq as a stop gap.I have to say Daq doesn't seem to have improved since I was doing arbitrage, liquidity is poor.
Matchbook has been better but for both I have only bet on soccer, without the BetAngel ladder and tennis trader it is hard work to make any other sport bar soccer easy to trade and even then on soccer without the ladder it's more difficult.
