Hello there

Is it possible to run BA on Linx (Ubuntu or Mint), in Wine. Anyone tried it.

I've tried running it in Ubuntu via Wine but it wouldn't work.
I'm not that good with Linux so it may be me doing something wrong.

Anyone else had success running BA in Linux?

maybe under virtual box it would work but I guess that the delay would generate problems...

any chance to have a native linux-based version???

I've been runnning BA on a vmware (similar to parallels on MacOS) win7 instance hosted on Ubuntu for the last year. Works very well, no problems. It allows me to have a dedicated win7 install containing just BA, Excel and virus software. So not native, but for the price of win7 OEM it works well

Sorry to drag up such an old thread, just wondering if anyone has managed since 2014 to get BA running on Linux OS, I'm really interested in seeing how Mystic Market or whatever it's called works. Any solutions other than a VM which is just horrendously resource hungry?

afaik, BetAngel is implemented using .net framework rather than core (which CAN run natively on linux). i'm maybe talking out of turn, but i think you'd need to run it using a compatibility layer like Wine or CrossOver to run BA on Linux..

Thanks JimBit but I can't get it to run on WINE, looks like it's a VM job. Thanks anyway.
