Error storing SP?

I'm trying to store SP to Excel but seem to be doing something wrong - its storing as 0 on markets that do have an SP?

What should i be setting my timer to - always armed? 10 mins after event start?

It needs to be within your Restrict Refresh cycle

I'm having exactly the same problem. I don't have a restrict refresh cycle at all and it still only stores some.

If you set it at 30 secs after going IP it should work every time.

Just use always armed and make a condition that SP > 0
