Was wondering as anyone come across this website.
Also as lay tipping service that seems to doing quite well.
He has lots of trading books etc.

Lay tipping? If there's a target price that works both ways depending on what prices are available. Even BSP betting needs some sort of guide price.

What RoI does he claim to have?

He sends out one lay a day always under 5/2 or less normally
