What May My Bookmaker Ask For In Relation To Proof Of Income?
Your Occupation and Salary.
A recent payslip from your employer.
A recent bank statement that shows your salary being paid in
Non-resident foreigner's who don't want to get a job and come here for the benefits - Best of luck
I see your point but most of my gambling income comes not from the UK sportsbooks but from offshore sportsbooks which means I live in the UK as a tourist because I make money outside the UK but spend money in the UK. So I believe I am not so useless for the UK economy:)
So you want to also be able to travel around the EU indefinitely as a tourist as well.
Fortunately or unfortunately, Brexit put paid to all of that.
Non-EU citizens can stay in the EU for up to 90 days in any 180-day period without a visa. This applies to the Schengen area, which includes 25 EU countries and 4 non-EU countries.
When do you need a visa? To stay longer than 90 days, To work, and To study.
What are the entry requirements for longer stays?
Check the entry requirements and rules for the country you're visiting
You may need a work permit
You may need to be sponsored by an employer
You may need to apply for a visa
What are the consequences of overstaying? Fines that vary by country, Deportation, and Imprisonment.
The UK are very generous.
Foreigners can come here, legally or illegally, and stay here as long as they want to, no fines, no deportation, no imprisonment, no problem - best of luck !!
