My betfair account got closed
I had a monthly deposit limit put on my betfair account 2 years ago. I emailed betfair recently and gave them my bank statement, asking them if they could increase my limit. Next email I got from them was saying my account got closed: 'Upon review of your account and the documentation received, a business decision has been made to maintain permanent closure over your account, as the account has been deemed to no longer meet Betfair's and Paddy Power's risk criteria. This decision has been made in accordance with Betfair's and Paddy Power's Terms and Conditions.' I have used brokers in the past and i've heard that can get your account closed. Is this my fault? I'm not sure what i did wrong. I raised a complaint with betfair but they said their decision remains same. I asked IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) for help but they said that they can't do anything. Is it possible to get my account opened again or do i have to accept it's the end for betfair trading?
