Automation won't close out bets

Hi, I have this weird issue whereby whatever automation file I download and implement, the 'green up' part just never seems to work? It never greens up at the time of the race, as it's supposed to? So this leads me often in dangerous positions after the off. If I'm not watching it can leave me with liabilities. Does anyone know why this is happening? It makes me feel automation is very hit and miss and risky. When I know this can't really be the case as lots of people use it successfully. I would appreciate any input, but it really seems to be any file I download, even one's I don't edit at all. Thanks.
