Here is an example file, Ive had it checked for errors and it passes.
I can see it also is triggering
and can see that the signal I have set to log its being saved is working
But then when the second rule is set to run, nothing happens at all, I set the first rule so it can only trigger a max of 10 times so it doesnt get stuck in a loop and stop the second from running, so its not that.

Here is the general tab, set to run on every selection, 58 mins before the race, ive allowed for unlimited triggers but have a signal set up to stop the same selection triggering twice
The parameters are set to used the stored value price which matches the name in the CSV, and can see from the first rule log that that they are being set.
a condition is set up to not run if a signal with value is present for that selection, the signal itself is created during execution of the same rule, so its just to stop it running twice (this method worked fine for the first rule)
I'm really not sure what it could be, I have tested setting the stored values at the bet angel level (B), and shared level (SS), and they are set as numbers not text.
For the rule that saves the stored values from CSV, the Stored Values tab is empty, as im assuming this is all handled in the Parameters tab when I select the file name.
Update - something odd is happening, I can see that it has triggered 8 times (too many but thats something I can fix), however there are no signals outputting from it, and no matched or unmatched bets, so its getting as far as running the second rule, but it must be crashing somewhere
