Could I ask the reason for this bot? Is it to ensure that back bets placed are 'value?'
A shortening price can, of course be seen as an indicator of a runner with a very good chance of winning. Here we are backing runners who haven't shortened (much) and could we be left with a back bet on a selection which is not among the most fancied and likely lose?

Hey mate, i'm new to this but i think you've got this wrong. On the 'Parameters' tab in the 'Global Settings area' of each rule that places a bet select 'Offset Bet with Greening' (and set your offset percentage required)
You probably also want to enable 'Fill/kill' just so the offset is only placed after the opening bet is matched, the number of seconds can just be set to 300
Finally you'll need to add a rule to 'Keep the unmatched bets'
The best way for what you want is to use 3 'Keep All unmatched bets (price dependant)' rules, one applied to each of the first three Betfair rows
Then on the 'Parameters' tab configure it to keep all unmatched lay bets greater than 1.01

You'll need to ensure this rule triggers after your offset is place so arm it to something like 5secs after event start time until 00:01:05 after event start time and set it to trigger15 times rearming every 5 seconds
That will do it
