Guardian- Restrict refresh

Hi

I'm loading multiple tennis markets in to Guardian to run automation. The start times of the markets generally are quite spread out. So in order to not have issues regarding the triggering of rules I wanted to limit the refresh to markets that are close to starting. I'm checking the refresh restrict box and have set the parameters to what I believe to be appropriate. The issue seems to be that no matter what parameters I set within the refresh restrict, only the same select few markets will refresh irrespective of my setpoints.

To ensure I'm not turning blonde my assumptions are;

1. Seconds before start time is literally that, the amount of seconds before the scheduled start time at which the market starts to refresh?
2. Seconds after start time refers to the duration after which the market goes in play before refresh stops?
3. That using a coupon to populate Guardian won't affect the refresh set points?

I'm aware that I can set the refresh rate down to 20ms but this seems an inefficient approach and I suspect Betfair wouldn't favour it too.

2, No, this is the scheduled start time not the time a market goes in-play (ie, when point 1 above ends)

Every 5 mins or so Guardian will also refresh all loaded markets outside of the restricted refresh schedule.

Betfair don't care if you're on 20ms as long as you have 'exchange streaming' switched on. You will be handicapping yourself if you aren't on the fastest possible refresh rate.
