Green All vs Offsets ( servants)?

Good evening,

As above I'm wondering which is the better option including any pros or cons.?

Option 1 - I enter my lay inplay on a selection I then hover my cursor over the green all and if I reach desired profit I click green all.

Option 2 - I set up servants to lay off my selection with several Offsets at different % with greening all included.?

I'm interested in which option would be better long term, as my fear would be getting the correct % set on my Offsets ( servants) opposed to clicking the mouse and simply using the BA Green All Feature.?

Subjectivity vs objectivity.
If you're watching the race then I'd have thought your skill and judgement would win over a servant taking percentages with it's eyes closed?
