Silks/ Shaded on one click screen

Is anyone else having an issue with the silks icon being covered by a shaded box?
Using server edition 1.62 and it has started randomly happening lately!
It never used to- and it is not happening on all runners as you can see in attached photo.

Is there a way to turn this off/ fix it? Makes it a lot harder to see the colours on the fly.

I'm having the same problem, only started the past few weeks. It's annoying when trading in play and wish to double check the colours...

Its a Betfair, issue, silks are just image files downloaded from them and they are having the same issues with the silks on their main website

Is it possible to get a larger image of the silks? This would be so helpful particularly for the one click screen.

I'm not having this issue. I don't have "use alternative source of jockey silks" ticked, if that helps.

I do not have it ticked either, but still have the problem.

Interestingly, I only have the problem on the gallops, not the harness racing. Always 2 or 3+ horses greyed out on the gallops but no problems with the pacers or trotters.

Apologies, I hadn't picked up this was an Australian-specific issue. I've just checked some Aus races and do also get this problem occasionally.

All good mate. I only really trade the Aus racing, so also wasn't aware it was specific to Aus.

Just loaded up a pile of markets for todays Eng racing and all the silks are fine. I wonder if that helps Betfair to fix the problem now we have narrowed it down to Aus gallops?
