Betfair to remove race number from US horse race market names

A watchout for those trading US horse racing. The US refer to races by race number rather than off-times, and according to the update below, Betfair will shortly be removing these from the market descriptions. It will become more difficult to identify races.


Please be aware that from w/c 12th May, for operational reasons, we'll be removing the race number (e.g. R1, R2, R3 etc.) from the market name of US horse racing events returned via the Betfair API & website.
