Account suspended

My account has been suspended.

Via the Betfair.com.au login from Perth, I contact chat who say they want identification for the account.

I provided what they requested, and then they say they don’t provide account support for Australia.

The person says I must login from Betfair.com.au - which is what I am doing.

Anyone else had problems ?

This happen two weeks ago what a hell raiser it was on Cheltenham week i was livid they said my account is similar to another account that deposits look suspicious. I had to send proof etc i told them ive been with Peters gang since 2009 and became profitable in 2013 hard work but i think just send what they require, you may need a VPN, they reinstated mine on same day as Cheltenham Festival, i still got me £995 Hedged at 3.45 £288 nice take on a race

Sometimes their database will show your IP in a different country by accident. Worth a check.

The ip is correctly from Perth.

It’s starlink internet, but hard to see it making a difference.

The totally wierd thing is using the Betfair chat support from the Aus login and saying they don’t support Australian customers.

Hard to work out.

Called them - suspected data breach on account and had to change details.
