to bring up the Jockey Trainer Form etc on one click screen do i need TPD Licence Key and import the data, if so where do i obtain the file for BA V162

Horse form data is supplied by Betfair, you can access it via (Stored TEXT values ). Then add it to your Ladder/ 1click screen.
I don’t think you can get Jockey/Trainer Form , Its only horse form. Even Via TPD

Try to change the grid layout/ buttons to another and see if they reappear.
or
Log out then log in and change the settings and view to (Factory default settings). They should appear with those settings. Not 100% but I think if you then change to your normal settings they should still be there. If they are save the layout / settings.
If not, you may have to redo the layouts.

Try changing the buttons and grid layout to see if they resurface, or log out and then back in to adjust the view and settings to Factory defaults.
