Is there a condition i could add to a bot where it would not trigger if your betfair balance was (above or below) a set amount?

so i use stored value to set the amount and then under conditions to set the trigger or not.

No, for what you want (comparing your current balance is greater or less than) you can just use the condition

You'd only store the value first if for example you wanted to store your balance at the start of the day then use the condition to test the current balance against your starting balance
