Hi,
A few years ago some one on the forum asked if there was a way to display the number of ticks between back and lay? so I thought I would have a go at a rules file to do just that.....and then forgot about it because I never used it. I have just checked and it seemed to work fine. It is a bit long winded but I could not think of another way (there is bound to be one though!)
It will store the number of ticks between back and lay prices (up to 100) in history list 10, 5mins b4 off to 5mins after and refresh every second (all adjustable). So set up a custom column to display HL10 and the info will be there.
I have just gone through all lines in the file to untick the write to log box, so it wont fill the market log, whilst doing that I noticed that if the number of ticks is greater than 100 it will state 9999. :D

Sorry to break it to you, but you can convert price to ticks under the adjustment option. So you can produce the same result with just one line rather than 101.

LOL! thanx James, I was pretty sure there must have been an easier way! ....but in my defence I did that originally in 2022 and I was still finding my way around BA (and I still am) . I must admit though, I still haven't heard of " price to ticks" so I will have a look today and see what I am missing out on. The more I play about, the more I learn!

Sorry everyone if I have uploaded a useless file,

have a nice day! :)
